Storage Services

Safe Storage Club provides self-storage rental services. Our services include:

• Standard storage units in various sizes
• Climate controlled storage units
• RV and boat parking spaces
• Vehicle storage
• 24/7 access to storage facilities

Rental Agreement

All storage unit rentals are subject to a separate rental agreement that outlines specific terms, conditions, and pricing. The rental agreement takes precedence over these general terms in the event of any conflict.

Prohibited Items

You may not store the following items in our storage units:

• Hazardous materials, explosives, or flammable substances
• Illegal items or contraband
• Living creatures or animals
• Perishable food items
• Stolen property
• Items that emit odors or attract pests

Payment Terms

Rental payments are due on the first day of each rental period. We accept:

• Cash
• Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
• Debit cards
• Online payments through our portal

Late payments may result in late fees and potential lien proceedings as permitted by Florida law.

Access and Security

We provide 24/7 access to our storage facility. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access code or key. You must not share your access credentials with unauthorized persons.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that all tenants maintain insurance coverage for their stored items. Safe Storage Club is not liable for loss or damage to stored property from any cause, including but not limited to theft, fire, water damage, or natural disasters.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safe Storage Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or storage facilities.

Termination

Either party may terminate the storage rental with proper notice as specified in your rental agreement. Upon termination, you must remove all items from your storage unit and return any keys or access devices.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
